3M™ Scott™ Cylinder and Valve Assemblies

In December 2023, 3M posted a user notice that due to an O-ring failure, leakage is occurring with some Scott Cylinder and Valve Assemblies when the valve hand-wheel is opened. Users should inspect the units as per the User Instructions and take the item to an Authorized Service Center if any leaks are apparent.
